Where HonorGuard Began
HonorGuard Insurance Solutions was founded on the values that have shaped our family for decades: service, discipline, integrity, and leadership.
I'm Brooke Felber, founder of HonorGuard and wife of an active-duty Army officer with 25 years of service in Army Aviation. Military life has given our family a front-row seat to leadership, sacrifice, transitions, and the complexity that often follows major life changes.
But beyond military life, I've also lived the everyday reality many families face.
After years of raising five kids while untangling medical billing mix-ups, insurance confusion, and the endless runaround that families encounter, I saw firsthand how overwhelming and frustrating the system can feel. Too often, people are left trying to figure it out alone — or working with professionals who avoid the complicated parts.
Where others hesitate because it feels complex, I lean in.

HonorGuard maintains strong partnerships with County Veterans Service Officers (CVSOs) and respects the accredited professionals who advocate directly for veterans and their VA benefits.
When it comes to VA disability claims, ratings, appeals, and federal determinations, we always direct veterans to their local CVSO first. We are proud to complement — not replace — that vital role by helping veterans understand how Medicare, VA healthcare, and TRICARE for Life coordinate together.

A Note on VA Claims & CVSOs
HonorGuard does not file VA claims, navigate disability ratings, or represent veterans before the VA. For those needs, your local CVSO is your best resource — they are accredited, experienced, and always free. We're happy to help connect you with your local office.

I worked with Brooke a couple weeks ago to set up Medicare Part B plan. She is amazing to work with. She walked me through the plan and made sure I fully understood everything and has followed up a couple times with the "next steps." It has been very easy to reach out to her when I had a follow ups. I have referred her to two other veterans I know as well and would highly recommend her to anyone. Amazing experience all the way through!
Brooke is Amazing, she helped my husband and with our Medicare Insurance saved us money, we have Medical, Dental, Vision and even a quarterly spending card we were able to keep our same Doctors and healthcare team which was very important to us. She's so patient and explains everything, and even when forms online needed to be done she'd talk me through what to do. If I get something in mail or online I don't understand I message her.
I love the Insurance plan that Brooke recommended and helped me select. I have used it multiple times at the Dentist, doctors office, for test and for prescription drugs. Everything works through one card and the coverage & cost is exactly what she said it would be so far. I have been recommending Brooke to all of my retired friends.
